I Gave up Caffeine

I think my head might literally explode..... I read that caffeine can cause miscarriages, so I decided that I would rather be safe than sorry... so today I quit- COLD TURKEY.  I'm hoping that within the next few days my head will stop feeling like it's going to implode... I can't really take anything but Tylenol, and that's just not doing it.... I'm sure once I've kicked the habit it will be better... :-) Whatever it takes to protect this little bun in the oven....
